Sheila is a Documentation & Research Officer of the Ghana Copyright Office. She completed her secondary education at Achimota School, and proceeded to the University of Ghana where she successfully pursued a degree in Sociology. She holds a Master’s Degree in Intellectual Property from Africa University in Zimbabwe. 

Her over a decade stay with the Copyright Office has given her a wealth of knowledge and experience in the subject matter. She has served as a resource person at various fora including stakeholder workshops, seminars held for police trainees, students, etc.
